Barbara has been a member of our team since 2007 and became a partner in 2011. Her practice mostly focuses on corporate and commercial law, including M&A.

She has gained extensive experience in regularly advising clients on corporate governance, general corporate support and in relation to corporate dispute litigation. Her experience also include leading various complex due diligence reviews, and advising in numerous domestic and international M&A transactions.
